Looz has 30 pages. See its app structure and page count in a summary based only on verified setup data.

Looz is a shared space for everything happening with your kids — school, tzaharon, activities, drop-offs, pickups and family tasks — with a named person responsible for each one.

How do I create a family?

Sign up, then follow the guided setup: your family name and city, your kids, the weekly routine, and the people you want to invite. It takes about two minutes and everything can be changed later.

How do I join a family that already exists?

Ask the person who set it up for the 6-letter family code, then choose "Join a family" during setup and enter it.

You can create a family and use Looz today at no cost. If paid plans are introduced, existing families will be told in advance.

Does Looz work in Hebrew?

Yes — the whole app works in Hebrew with right-to-left layout. Switch language in Settings.

How do I invite someone?

Family → Invite a member. Enter their name, email and role. They get an invite and join when they're ready; you don't have to wait for them.

What roles are there?

Parent, Co-parent, Grandparent/Relative, Sitter/Nanny and Kid. Each role sees a different amount. See Family permissions for the full breakdown.

Can I change someone's role later?

Yes. On the Family page, tap the member and pick a different role.

How do I remove someone?

Family → tap the member → Remove. They lose access to your family's plan immediately.

Can we have two families?

An account belongs to one family space at a time.

What should I add for each kid?

Name and date of birth are enough to start. School or gan, hours, class, colour, allergies and notes make the week more useful.

What is the weekly routine?

The recurring shape of the week — school days, tzaharon, activities, and who drops off and picks up. Looz generates every occurrence from it.

Can a different person handle each day?

Yes. In the routine editor you can set a different person per weekday for drop-off and pickup.

Do repeats run during school holidays?

No. Recurring school-related events pause automatically on Israeli school holidays.

How do I cancel one day only?

Open that day's event and choose "This day only". The rest of the series stays as planned.

What views are available?

Day timeline, Month, and an Agenda list. Switch from the toolbar at the top of the Schedule page.

How do I add an event?

Tap the + button and choose Add event, or tap an empty slot in the day view.

Can I see one kid at a time?

Yes — use the kid filter on the Schedule page.

How do I attach a form or a link?

Any event can hold a file and a link — useful for permission slips and sign-up pages.

What does the colour mean?

Each kid has a colour, so you can scan the week and see whose day is whose.

How does Looz know who's driving?

Each event can have a drop-off person and a pickup person, either for the whole series or per weekday.

What does "staying" vs "just dropping off" mean?

Staying means an adult is with the child for the event. Just dropping off means they only handle the ride. It changes what Looz expects and how time is counted in Insights.

What if nobody is assigned?

Looz shows it as needing an owner on the home page, so you can take it or hand it to someone else before the day arrives.

Two rides at the same time — will Looz warn me?

Yes. If the same person is responsible for two things at once, it's flagged as a clash with the option to reassign.
