Everything Looz holds about your family can be seen, corrected, exported or deleted. Here's how, step by step.

How to

Nine things you can do right now.

Most of these take a few taps in the app. The rest are one short email.

Download a copy of your data

  1. 1Email privacy@looz.co.il from the address on your account.
  2. 2Say which family space you mean — we confirm you're an adult member of it.
  3. 3We send a machine-readable export of your family's kids, events, tasks and files, normally within 30 days.

Delete your account

  1. 1If you're the only adult, deleting your account deletes the family space and everything in it.
  2. 2If others remain, hand administration to another adult first so their plan survives.
  3. 3Email privacy@looz.co.il from your account address asking us to delete it. We confirm, then delete within 30 days.

Delete a child's profile

  1. 1Open Kids and tap the child.
  2. 2Choose Delete.
  3. 3The profile and the schedule tied to that child are removed. This can't be undone.

Remove a family member

  1. 1Open Family and tap the member.
  2. 2Choose Remove.
  3. 3Their access ends immediately. Events they were responsible for stay, and are shown as needing an owner.

Leave a family

  1. 1Ask an adult member to remove you from the Family page, or email us.
  2. 2If you created the family, transfer administration to another adult first.
  3. 3Your own account stays; only your access to that family's plan ends.

Revoke an invitation

  1. 1Open Family and find the invite under Pending invites.
  2. 2Tap it and remove it.
  3. 3The code or link no longer joins them to your family.

Delete an uploaded file

  1. 1Open the event or task holding the file.
  2. 2Remove the attachment and save, or delete the whole event.
  3. 3The file is removed from the app and purged from backups within 30 days.

Change what Looz sends you

  1. 1Open Settings → notifications.
  2. 2Turn phone alerts, event emails, daily summaries and confirmation nudges on or off individually.
  3. 3Using your own calendar's alerts? Turn on "I use my own calendar alerts" and Looz stops reminding you.

Make a privacy request

  1. 1Email privacy@looz.co.il, or write from Settings → Support & feedback.
  2. 2Tell us what you want: access, correction, deletion, export, or objecting to a use.
  3. 3We reply from the same address and act within a reasonable time, normally 30 days.

Deletion is permanent. If you want a copy of anything, export it before you delete it.
